Tinfree Steel
Tinfree Steel also known as Electrolytic Chromium Coated (ECCS) steel is a thin, cold rolled carbon steel sheet coated by electrolytic deposition with metallic chrome overlaid with a film of chrome oxide. Lower in price than tin plates, tin free steel boasts superior lacquer and paint adhesion and strong resistance against corrosion. Tin free steel is used in the production of cans, containers, electric equipments parts, home appliances and cables.
Tinfree Steel is largely used in the manufacture of Crown Caps, Lug Caps, Shoe Polish Tins and other non-food grade steel packaging containers. We buy and sell TFS material to serve the regular requirements of our customers.
